Really enjoyed fine breakfast and quiet bed. The staff was flexible in all services. Cool drinks at outdoor bar, spectacular service. Besides, the area was nice, next to bow river trail. The restaurant was amazing and clean.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other boutique hotels. Good hot breakfast, fast workers. Particularly good view, a tiny balcony, soft bed, too. We visited the outdoor bar and enjoyed the cold drinks.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Banff. The venue was in a very central location very close to shops and friendly staff, restaurants. Also, it was within walking distance of Banff Avenue.

accommodation was huge and gorgeous, beds were perfect. everyone we met from the staff was extremely helpful. there was an executive bar with perfect service. the hotel has unbeatable location very close to town of banff, banff.

Everything was perfectly fine as always. Beautiful location, pet friendly rooms and very comfy beds. There were stores and boutiques around the hotel. Again, banff avenue was within walking distance. Easy check-in.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's the best base for staying in Banff. A mini refrigerator, cable channels and a seating area were a nice touch. Worth its 3 stars.
